New Location!
Hello from Montana Sweater Co.,
After a busy summer of design and production our knitwear is finding its way to new homes across the US and Scandinavia via the website. BUT, as of two weeks ago, Montana Sweater Co. has joined forces with INFUSION GALLERY of Bozeman, Montana in the EMERSON CENTER. This allows us a unique opportunity to show the latest knitwear and to meet and greet customers. We invite you to visit us at INFUSION GALLERY when you are in town.
As promised, the 2007 harvest of bison yarn has arrived and is ready for sale in 3.5oz skeins. Because we shear and process our own yarn, there is a limited supply. Once our 2008 inventory is depleted, you will need to wait until the fall of 2009. This year's Ranch Blend comes in two colors, Bison Brown, and Latte! We are enormously proud of our soft blended bison yarn and know you will enjoy knitting with it.
Mary Bartlo's woven silk scarves have been a wonderful addition to our site. An article about her work was featured in the Big Sky Journal, Art's Issue, 2008. Her fine work continues to grow in reputation and sales. We will continue to carry her lovely weavings, so look in Featured Artists for new designs.
We appreciate the referrals from our friends at 13 Mile Lamb & Wool. This is a wonderful cooperative effort between our mill/wool supplier and ourselves. They grow the wool, turn it into yarn, and Montana Sweater Co. knits it. You can look forward to more 100% Montana raised wool from the Gallatin Valley!
If you have a special grandchild or young daughter see the new cardigan sweaters with magnetic buttons in Children's. They are extra special.
Montana Sweater Co. is always coming up with something new, so we invite you to check in often!
Warmest Regards,
