Montana Sweater Co. & You

We are a small company offering original garments made from Montana raised natural and hand-dyed fibers. This means eventually we may come to the end of the skein on a particular item. It might not be offered again until another batch of fiber can be milled. Once an item has been sold out, it will disappear from the website until it becomes available again.

Some of the garments offered require a 3-5 day turn around from the time they are ordered. Email us to find out what the exact turn-around times are for the garments you are interested in.

All one-of-a-kind items are shipped the next business day.

Upon request, we can provide the measurements of finished garments.

New items, special limited editions, classic pieces, are changing on a regular basis. Please visit often to see what’s new.

Montana Sweater Co. finds it more efficient to communicate with you via email. If you need to speak to us, please email us your telephone number, and the best time to reach you (time zone please) and we will call you.

Sorry: we are not able to produce your custom knitting or design work.

Shipping costs are determined by weight. We will get your item to you as quickly as possible. We use USPS and FedEx for all our shipping. Ground shipping prices are stated at check out. If you want it faster…please email us to discuss and confirm dates and pricing for your shipment(s) Unless otherwise indicated, Purchaser agrees to pay all shipping costs.

Returns happen. If you must return a Montana Sweater Co. garment or gift item, please do so within 10 days upon delivery. Send it to us in good condition, preferably not worn. We will be happy to exchange it for another Montana Sweater Co. product, or .refund your credit card once the item has been received and approved for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the garment or gift item has been worn, damaged or soiled. Email us with any of your concerns or questions.

Please follow the detailed washing instructions supplied with every item. Natural fibers don’t like to be aggitated in the washing machine, shocked between cold & warm/hot water washes & rinses, or forgotten in the dryer…
